We've never had that happen, however should this occur you will not be charged.

What is the difference between 2D and 3D ultrasound?
2D is the ultrasound that has been around for the last 20 years. While 3D-4D is a newer 3 dimensional ultrasound.

When is the best time to do the 3D-4D ultrasound?
We recommend around 25-32 weeks, however it can be done earlier or later if you desire.

What happens if the baby is not in a good position?
If we can't get a picture of your baby's face we either refund your money or you can reschedule for another day.

What is the difference between 3D and 4D ultrasound?
3D is the still picture and 4D is 3D in motion.

Is the person doing my ultrasound certified or registered?
We are registered which means we have years of training and must pass national boards to receive credentials.

How long will my ultrasound last?
3D-4D ultrasounds take about 20 to 30 minutes and 2D ultrasounds about 15 minutes.

Do I need to fill my bladder?
No, there is no preparation needed.
